  • We currently ship only within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

📦 Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on:

    • Customer location

    • Product availability

    • Weather conditions or unforeseen delays

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Any applicable Cash on Delivery (COD) charges will also be shown before order confirmation.

🏠 Delivery Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

  • Smart Arab is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

❌ Failed or Refused Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or refusal without valid reason, the customer may be responsible for additional delivery or handling charges.

  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restriction of future orders.

📦 Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Kindly share clear photos or videos to help us resolve the issue quickly.

🔄 Returns Related to Shipping

  • Shipping-related returns are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Return shipping charges may apply unless the issue is due to an error on our part.
