🚚 Delivery Time

  • Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days across the United Arab Emirates.

  • Delivery times may vary slightly due to product availability, location, or unforeseen circumstances.

📦 Returns

  • Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

    • The product must be in the same condition as received

    • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personal care, hygiene, or beauty products once opened

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Products purchased during sales or promotional offers

  • Digital or downloadable products (if applicable)

🔁 Return Process

  2. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

💰 Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as applicable.

❌ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
